TD Canada Trust

I spoke with a lady over the phone at this branch. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever received at any bank period. Would not trust them with my money. I was asking for help with a large transaction. She was of absolutely no help and had no interest in helping whatsoever. She yelled at me for no apparent reason even put me on hold without asking or anything. Then proceeded to hang up after putting me on hold. They clearly don't belong anywhere near customer service. I don't know how this lady works here. I can see others have probably had the same experience .

JANE AND WILSON BRANCH. Service is slow. Every time I come in the line is to the door (regardless of what time). Three registers open even at "busy hours". When they finally do DECIDE to bring someone, the sssociate makes sure to look annoyed by it. Why on earth is this TD So poorly managed. Typically do my banking in Brampton or Vaughan and never experience this. Please review this.

Really looking lines so it's a long wait. However staff are really really nice so it's a toss up. I think they just need more staff.

Staff is too slow...you have to wait for soo long to finish a quick job as well...

The customer service at this local branch is good, and so are the staff.
