RBC Royal Bank

Have more tellers available. I don't need to be spending half of my day at the bank. But when I am being helped, they are friendly and helpful.

Most of the staff are nice but I love going to one particular teller, she's great, have excellent customer service and makes my day every time I visit the bank. My only problem is that I been doing business with them for so long and they refused my car loan but I'm glad I got it with another bank

Crazy there are like 2 cashier and big line up and there more cashiers sitting in the office...... pple are tired and not to mention they are old pple waiting on the line

I have had many great experiences with the customer service at this location. The staff remember my name and they always ask about me and my family.

Worst customer service EVER. Staff are rude and not helpful. Branch manager who is a middle aged Asian woman is very rude and treats you really bad. I don't want to deal with her ever again. I have been a customer of RBC for seven years, but over this, I am going to cancel all my accounts in two weeks and switch to TD bank. RBC doesn't care about customers so do yourself a favor and stay away from it and specially this branch.
