TD Canada Trust

By far the best banking experience I've ever had. Peter Nguyen was very helpful in both his knowledge of the TD services available as well as setting up account in a timely manner. Highly recommend visiting this branch as it seems to be the best in the area.

Avoid this place if you are trying to do something related to your account or investment with TD. even if you book an appointment with them, they are always late and even worse they have no idea what they are doing, they always have to call to headquarters office to ask something that should know, that make your appointment something that can last forever, no coming to this branch anymore, I will try to book in a different branch

Have no fear Vanessa Pallonji is here! Vanessa is a 'go-getting' problem solver that will do her absolute best to make sure your banking needs are accommodated. I have been treated so poorly at other branches (like Vanessa's previous branch at Islington/Rathburn that is a complete disaster in her absence) that I drive 45 minutes to this Keele branch to do my business banking. If you are a small business owner and you want to feel respected by the bank to which you give your business, go to this branch, meet Vanessa. I can wholeheartedly say that if it wasn't for Vanessa I would have left TD Canada trust for my personal and small business banking.

Still trying to make an appointment for business banking for months now. They dont return phone calls either One teller asked me if I had mi ey in the bank to cover cheques from another bank. Rude
