I have been a client of this branch for 5 years, I had excellent service in the past. Lately I cannot describe how disappointed I am from the very poor service that includes the branch manager and my new representative. Since I got stuck now with my mortgage renewed lately, I only look for the occasion to move all my accounts to another another bank at the earliest occasion.

I have been with TD for 5 years, they made a big mistake with my mortgage. Although I was paying my taxes with my mortgages, they made a mistake and they weren't paying them. Instead, they kept them in my mortgage account without applying them anywhere. I had to pay 3 years for my school taxes because they weren't applied by my branch + the 3 years interest rate + the collector money. They were unhuman and unprofessional with the way they delt with the situation, although it was clearly their fault as a trainee served me when i had my mortgage!! He wasn't experienced. Definetly once my mortgage is done I m not staying with this branch. I do not recommend it at all. Worst exprience ever. Thank you!
