Sheer incompetence. Tasked with the simple request of creating a letter of direction regarding my father's estate, they made 3 mistakes on the form,and worse, promised to contact myself or my brother when it was ready. 3 months go by. No call. No email. Letter gathering dust at the owen sound branch. No one there contacted us. Got the paperwork completed in Aurora by the bank manager, because he pointed out three mistakes and said it was ridiculous that the people at the owen sound branch were completely disinterested in doing their job. This branch should be shut down immediately. I have strongly urged my brother to move his money to another bank ASAP to avoid further unnecessary stresses. I'm sure that in a few minutes, I will see a generic, cookie cutter form email response which will further show their apathy.
Unfortunately, I have had nothing short of a horrific experience at this branch. I have been attempting to open an RDSP for my son for 8 months. The account has been opened incorrectly twice. In my 3rd attempt to open this vital account for my families future, the appointment I booked was never booked. Which, apparently, was a mistake on my end. Yet, I had the correct name of the bank employee and time of another persons appointment. I have wasted an immense amount of time and may not even be able to contribute to my sons account this year. Would really love some results rather than “I’m sorry.” Decided to try a different branch moving forward.
I have never felt so worthless going into my bank before. I believe the tellers name was Lexie. She was unkind and very judgemental. People like her she should not work in customer service and should be let go asap.
They let people cut the line without any troubles like shame
EXCELLENT customer service. Been a customer for 35 years. And, I all those years I have never ever been disappointed. In my honest opinion they are the best bank out there! :
I'm happy enough with the service here. What I'm extremely UNhappy about is there are a couple tellers who always have their masks around their neck and not on their face. A bank is the last place I'd expect to see that kind of unprofessional behavior.

I have been a customer of TD Canada Trust since the day they merged together Before that I was a very satistified Canada Trust customer, I have to say though I wish they never merged because I have tried numerous times to at least get a small overdraft or a credit card wit $500-$1000 limit for lifes emergencies and I recieve a NO everytime I have had my account for 29-year$ and if thereis another bank who would like to help me just email your offer , Banks in Owen Sound!!!!! If it had stayed just Canada Trust I beileve I would have gotten the help i needed Thanx for not very much TD!!!!!!
What’s the point if you’re a working person that works the same hours as they are open and can never make it on time and deny you when you show up 10 mins to 6 pm they should say their hours are only open to 5:45 if your not going to let people in But they control our money and are making more and more online and will try to get rid Of currency all together power to the people And to add to it nope not open on weekends either that’d be way to easy right!
