I have always found the staff at CIBC in Owen Sound to be very friendly and to have more of that small town feel than other banks I deal with in the city. The atmosphere is relaxed and not uptight. They are Professional and easy to work with. I had a problem (not the fault of CIBC) with my account last year and, although I can not remember the name of the person that helped me.....she went above and beyond my expectations and was a pleasure to work with.

Although I seldom visit the branch itself, CIBC staff (Kara in particular) have gone above and beyond in meeting my banking needs. They are always professional, and very communicative. If your small business or farm is looking for banking services, I highly recommend CIBC.
