I don't understand because if I have my account in that bank for more than 5 years and I always deposit my check because they have to leave it in hold... however I go to the Collingwood bank which is the same bank and there is never leave it in hold that thing that living in Owen sound I have to go to Collingwood..
I paid off a car loan close to a month ago after getting into a car accident. Since I had already paid off part of my loan, they told me that I would receive a cheque in the mail the following week with the money I already paid off. As previously stated, it's been close to a month and I haven't received my cheque. I've called the bank numerous times, they never pick up the phone and do not call back when you leave a voicemail.
I have had very few great experiences at this bank. I would never open a personal account. They do not have all tellers working, they do not value their business customers, they had a business teller line but it wasn't used like it is at other banks, their bank machines can't read cheques properly or at all, certainly can't deposit multiple like other bank machines. Their online banking is also terrible not user friendly, their business telephone line if you need any assistance is only available business hours. The one experience I had with a manager in the branch here was unacceptable. I bank Here for a corporation, a corporation who is willing to take their funds elsewhere and hopefully we can make that happen soon enough. Considering I have banked at other banks for other companies and myself I can easily compare services and BMO is not about their customers. Take your money elsewhere save yourself the headache!
The worst bank. They put hold on balance after few months. And put me in trouble.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I Took a large cheque in to have it certified. The teller took a look at my tattoos and profiled me and wouldn't do anything for me before talking to the person who wrote it. When the people who wrote it went in to ask about the bank tried to blame me . I believe the teller thought I stole the cheque and was trying to cash it.
Horrible customer service. I needed to deposit a large sum of cash but they have such strange hours i could never get there when they where open so i had to deposit it in the atm. It ate my cash and didn't deposit it into my account. Bmo said they would have the money back to me in 2 weeks and its almost 2 months now and i still dont have it. They keep saying theres nothing they can do and its being investigated.
I hope you realize that your Penny doesn't exist on Google Maps if you cannot even update where your bank is actually at how do you expect anybody to go there well I guess for the lucky few they probably found a better Bank
I always went to Libro Credit Union in Exeter which i liked very much till i moved North. Looked for a bank in area and went to this Bmo and could not be happier. Staff is great and have been so happy with Ron Murphy for he has gone well above in his requirements of his job.I find this branch close to the way a small branch treats me in days of old
Workers that are there are really good but they need more people. Super slow
I just had a simple question so I thought I would phone to ask it. After all the phone choices to have to go through I finally get, not a person to talk to, but yet another recording instead of a human being really most disconcerting.
