TCBY Naperville Crossing

Horrible place. Avoid it at all costs. We walked in the door and got the immediate whiff of a sewage smell. The guy at the counter never recognized us when we walked in as he was too busy focusing on his laptop. The only time he looked up was when we paid. Never thanks for coming - nothing. We decided not to eat in store as the place not only smelled but we dirty - floor, tables, chairs - the sofa looked worn and gross. We sat in our car and within 5 minutes, watched as the only employee laptop guy put in his coat, flipped the sign to closed, locked the door and rode away on his bike! It was 6pm and the store sign says it was open until 9pm. Not true. He left with all the toppings uncovered. Not sanitary. A few customers tried entering after he left but could not. The place needs a health department inspection and new management.

I feel as if this tcby is not taken care of. Very dirty and sticky. A bit warm inside. And the toppings where not replenished. Some looked gross and wet like the chocolate turtles. Doesnt look like the containers get washed.

Horrible experience. I called in advance, spoke with the manager to ensure they could accommodate my daughter's nut Allergies. Was assured the yogurt itself would be safe, but toppings were questionable, but they would get fresh ones from the back. We had planned to just get plain yogurt, but when we arrived, there were MULTIPLE signs posted inside stating if you have a nut allergy, they do not recommend you consume ANY of their products. When we asked the manager, she confirmed the yogurt could be manufactured with nuts, but it should be fine. Waste of a trip. Had we been told on the phone that it was questionably safe, we would have just stayed away.

This was a good experience, and the frozen yogurt was good.

The "less than enthusiastic" employees don't take away from the great flavors and fair prices. Love LOve LOVE that they are open till 10pm most nights and the tables are never sticky. Will be frequenting with the car pool kids often!

We're thankful for several non-dairy options and love the chocolate almond milk one. Fun toppings. Nice staff. Smaller bowls available upon request.

Nice place, good yogurt.

We came here to enjoy frozen yogurt and all we got was 2 brownie pieces with hair all over and inside it. When I let the girl who worked there know all she said was " aaawww I'm sorry, I will let my boss know." and then she walked away. I will not be coming here again. I hope they are more careful with there sanitation in the future.

The yogurt here was very good. The cashier was nice to all of us and there is lots of toppings to choose from. But there could be a couple more flavors to choose from. But after all I enjoyed it.

This is a great frozen yogurt place the only thing about it is that they change their flavor s so don't get to attached to some of them. Either way they always deliver some good dessert
