Came on a busy Saturday evening and they had 1 young man working by himself. He tried his best to get everyone served but you could tell he was struggling to keep up. Garbage overflowing, tables dirty - assuming you could find a spot open, bathroom was beyond disgusting...just not a pleasant environment. Gelato shake was way too milky / liquidy for my taste. Hope next visit will be better!
We came across this hidden gem after a stroll through downtown Naperville and boy are we glad we did! Their pistachio gelato had whole pieces of pistachio and was the best we’ve had in Illinois! Their fruit flavors are so perfectly done, strong fresh flavor but not overly sweet! The staff was also very friendly! I also loved the presentation and designs on the different gelato flavors! We definitely will be returning
Clean modern spot. My family really liked the flavors chosen: I can't recall the flavors but each of the 4 picks were all very good. Plus the staff seemed very attentive and patient.
Me and my whole family really love it here, a girl was working by herself and she did a great job very fast and kind. Great flavors and fun combinations super smooth Gelato.
What a cute little store with beautiful interior selling delicious gelatos. The staff were so friendly, generously offering us tasters before we decide which gelatos we want to settle on. The Gelato colors were beautiful and the tastes were great too. Sometimes Gelatos can be a bit dry and not creamy enough, but this Gelato had the right balance. Great to know that there is a convenient spot to enjoy Gelatos after dinner in the heart of Naperville downtown!
I have come here a few times. The last time will be the last. I was served a freezing cold hot chocolate, and the milk was extremely sour and had chunks. It was expired. For such an expensive hot chocolate I expect the milk to not be expired, I think that’s reasonable to ask for.
Conveniently located near the parking garage, we never pass up the opportunity to enjoy gelato from Sweet Home! However, their best quality is the customer service—always friendly and very kind to my kids when we visit. The gelato is simply amazing, and they have an interesting assortment, as they will often test out experimental flavors to survey what customers think. This is a great approach to service. Overall, this is my winner for quality gelato in Naperville!
This is a hidden gem in downtown Naperville. Located next to the parking garage, this gelato has a lot of flavors to offer. The place can get crowded but they try to be efficient. Lot of different flavors to offer. They have multiple signs posted about nut allergy. Just let them know and they will make sure to inform you about which gelatos is made in peanut oil, such as the chocolate gelato. Really delicious gelatos. Every week day they have some deals going on, such as on Tuesday they have buy 2 and get 1 free. Must visit place when in Naperville.
It’s really good gelato and is very fresh with a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from you can’t go wrong so if your stopping by you have got to try it!!!
The staffs are so sweet and the gelato is awesome
