"To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Very upset with my order from Nothin But Cakes, attempted to bring my selected item for my Friendsgiving and got to my party and open the box to this disaster. I am embarrassed and disappointed because I’ve never had this issue before… Nothin But Cakes we have to do better!
The actual cake part is incredibly tasty, with lots of variety in flavor. Too bad that everything is covered with a large amount of the same frosting. In the end, every item basically tastes like cream cheese. I wish they would sell some other options with just the cake or with different frosting. It got boring and we stopped going.
I ordered a cookies/cream Oreo cake on 2/16. I got home, opened my bag and of course I was given the wrong flavor, chocolate chip. I was not happy because I went in the store to buy the cake and was still given the wrong flavor. So I called on 2/17 to alert them of the mishap. I talked to the mod. She apologized and stated she would talk to the staff because they should be paying attention to what cake is put into the bag and this shouldn’t have happened. She also stated she would write my name down and I would have a credit to get the cake I paid for. I went in on 2/22 to get my correct cake. It was an older lady with blonde hair who greeted me along with an orientee. I said my name was written down and I was owed a cake. She said ok, I’ll be right back. I stood there patiently for about 10-15 mins when she came back and stated “I see your name from last yr I ordered 3 strawberries/Creme cakes before I boarded a plane last yr only to open the bag and see they were blueberry cakes. I hate blueberry. I stated no this was last week, I do not remember the mod name I spoke too but I gave her the specific date/time I called and told her I spoke to the mod working at that time. She stated “ok, we are calling our manager right now”. Then proceeded to come out a few mins later and state “ok, we’ll do it for you this time as if they were doing me a favor but next time make sure to get the managers name because she doesn’t remember… so the mod I talked too lied about writing my name down… I said “I did take her name down but forgot what it was because it’s been a long few days and I’ve had a lot going on”. Then she “yea, sure ok” basically skipped over me talking, and asked which cake I wanted. I stated the one I paid for, Oreo and she goes “yea because it’s unusual that we would give you the wrong cake twice”, as if accusing me of lying about getting the wrong cake flavor. Like who lies about getting the wrong cake flavor????? And their employees are human so mistakes do happen! Such as giving the wrong cake flavor. I was quite upset with being accused instead of just rectifying the situation and being given what I paid for. I spend tons of money on cakes every month at this location and I will not be back if this EVER happens again!
I stop in to this location regularly to get a Bundt cake for birthdays of the special-needs group I volunteer with. The staff is always super friendly, and of course they love the birthday treats.
Hello I visited this location several times for my special occasions. Always been pleased. Love the cakes and cupcakes! Delicious! But today I left with a sour taste! First I called for a specific flavor strawberry n cream.The young lady who answered the phone said yes we carry all our flavors on a daily. Then a specificity asked again for strawberries and cream because I was going to order 24. Wanted to ensure my order would be filled in time since I was just going to walk in. She then repeated her self we have all the flavors in. Walked in placed an order for only 12 And tried to pay with cash. Was told they could not break $100 bill for a $38 order. Paid with debit card!! My information is in the system. Didn’t want a paper receipt but was never offered to get an email copy! Very disappointed with the customer service I received today!
We always get the red velvet and my kids love the birthday cake flavor as well. Everyone is super nice, although we do miss the little samples! It helped us to branch out to other flavors. Keep up the great work, the cakes are always fresh
After many years of desserts, I still find it hard to beat Nothing Bundt Cakes. Lemon or raspberry being my personal favorite. These cakes will break any diet your on with little regret guaranteed. Well worth it. Staff in the store have always been very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes and will continue to return!

Ordered a dozen bundtinis for my kids birthday and who ever took my order gave me a dozen full size cupcakes. By the time I got home after rushing to pick them up, I noticed my order was wrong and when I called, the store was closed. I called the next morning and told them they were not opened and I did not order the full sized cupcakes. One employee said I could keep my original order and just come get my new order no charge due to their mistake. Well, They placed me on hold three different times and finally said they could do nothing about it, even though it was their fault. But of course, they offered me to come in the store an purchase the bundtinis for full price and stated they would not give me a discount. I reiterated that I asked for the bundtinis but all they could say is sorry. So I have to come in and pay full price for what I ordered AGAIN, after you guys messed up my order the first time…..No My company and sister company have already agreed not to use this store again.
Their Red velvet cake is a must to try!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming also
