Our specialised simple menu means all of our ingredients are FRESH and homemade. Taza Lebanese/Persian style shawarmas include: lamb, chicken, falafel with additional trimmings such as fresh hummus, chilli and garlic sauce, all wrapped in our infamous toasted pitta grill! The best Kebab Restaurant in London. My favorite is the kebab with rice, either chicken or lamb. Both are cooked nicely, tender and the meat is juicy. Prices are very reasonable and cheap in this area. Tables and seating are very limited as they focus on taking home.
Very decent kebabs with great tehini the lamb was a bit chewy however, we prefered falafel and kicken kebabs. The staff is extremely quick as well. Downsides: not many menu options, no fries, and seating is limited. You also have to prepare cash as the restaurant does not accept cards
This used to be one of the best shawarmas in london hand down. However, throughout the years the quality of the meat has been going downhill. The customer service used to be the only negative but the food would always make up for it. This is however not the case recently. Both the quality and customer service has decreased exponentially. I won't be returning here unfortunately after being a customer for more than 6 years!
Shawarma place of the the town. I am sure you are looking for one that’s why you are reading this. Well don’t look anywhere else in london. This is something different than a regular shawarma, I think it’s the composition of meat and fat and to top that his own homemade sauces are brilliant. If you don’t even eat spicy ask for spicy sauce. It’s not that spicy but flavour it adds to the sandwich is insane. I prefer chicken as it is more tasty with the sauces. Beef and lamb is good too and if you like a bit of fat in the meat then do try beef & lamb. It is also cheapest in price in town. True mouth watering joy
Love authentic Levant shawarma. It's hard to find true shawarma in the states health departments they mainly just use the processed blocks of pre-pressed gyro meat on a spit. True Shawarma is made by alternately stacking strips of fat and pieces of seasoned meat on a vertical spit. Amazing large Lamb shawarma for £5 $6.50 US. The garlic sauce is fire, the spicy red is a must. Plus choice of veggies on the shawarma or on the side. A great vegan option is the Eggplant, Falafel and hummus wrap, with veggies toppings.
Not much seats inside. Cash only. Very good food, I ordered chicken shawarma and adding all the toppings. Great taste, and you can even add on your own choices.
Long standing no frills takeaway in the heart of Bayswater. The self serve salad bar and chilli sauce are the best features of this eatery. The falafel was nothing to write home about but was decent.Recommended dishesFalafel
I ate a beef kebab and it was DELICIOUS. Juicy meat & crunchy vegetables were a match! And the fresh melon juice was WONDERFUL!! Recommended!!
Don't understand the reason this is 4 rated. This shwarma beats michellin star restaurants. I don't like shwarmas. But this is an exquisite exquisite recipe!!!
Honestly, this is probably the greatest shawarma I have ever had in my life. Unequivocally the greatest outside the middle east. I will keep the review short and sweet cause that describes my experience there. I went in, ordered a regular size chicken shawarma with everything on it, and got some extra accoutrement at the self serve bar. The price was quite good at £6?. I then went outside and unwrapped the tasty goodness. Juicy meat, crispy pita‌, tasty sauce, and some fresh vegetables for the extra crunch, I was amazed. The juices were spilling everywhere, but I was okay with that. I finished wanting more. Check this place out!
