Taylor's Plumbing

We moved to a house with a well and septic system in late 2015. I had little knowledge of the equipment and how to control a heavy sulphur smell in my water. I contacted Taylor's Plumbing in 2016. They were recommended by a friend. Since then Taylor's has fixed my sulphur smell ( replaced brand new equipment in the house because it failed to deal with that problem). This required a brand new filter, but the fix has held for over a year and the equipment is top notch. Brent Taylor has always returned my calls promptly and explained things in detail, often saving me a service call by guiding me over the phone. Because of their great service and quality equipment I have now purchased a new sump pump and a battery back up pump from them. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor's Plumbing in Waterdown, ON to anyone.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sending Mike Roach! No one wants to hear the words you have a flood, but when that happens call Taylor’s Plumbing. I live 2 hours away and the home I was selling which closed today ended up flooded. Taylor’s sent Mike who took control, kept me updated and met the deadline for the property closing. Their prices are competitive, the customer service was the best I’ve ever received. The new owners will have complete confidence for years to come. Thanks Mike

We've had Taylor's plumbing in 2 times: Once to fix our leaky tub and a second time for a full house plumbing inspection. Leanne was the Plumber for the leaky tub and she was fantastic! She inspected the tub, found the issue, spoke to me about it in terms I could understand, gave me a quote (which I accepted), proceeded to do the work and walked me through the repairs in a way I could clearly understand. She was honest, confident and efficient in her work and I would have her back anytime. Brent came to do our inspection this morning. He gave us some excellent advice and wasn't pushy. Brent is a very personable and knowledgeable professional. We'll be using Taylor's for any future needs we may have.

I've used Taylor's services on more than one occasion and they have always been super competitive, prompt, tidy and most importantly, easy to get hold of. I recently had a new water softener installed and they were incredibly informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend their plumbing services.

Recently, I needed to deal with some plumbing issues at my father's home. What appeared at first to be a relatively simple job, at second glance became more complicated due to a previous "contractor's" shoddy work. I was very fortunate to be dealing with Mike Roach who not only clearly explained what needed to be done, and what could wait, but provided me with a very detailed estimate and worked with me to reduce costs where appropriate. I was very happy with the work Mike did. Not only is he a very personable and professional plumber, but he showed great respect for my dad's health issues, as he completed the job. I highly recommend!
