Drain Rescue Plumbers Burlington ON

I had one of their plumbers come to provide me with a free estimate for a cracked toilet flange repair. (very common problem) I already had most of the work done myself, toilet removed. It just needed a repair flange cover and a wax ring. They quoted me $450.00 + HST for 15 minutes of work and a $28 part. I had a friend do it instead in less than 15 min. This is just my opinion, but that kind of money is way over budget for me. * Of course you have the record of my estimate, how else did you call me to get me to change my review. Why would I provide you with a copy, my work is already done, for 1/10 the price.

called and ask for rates or estimate to unclog a toilet. Said someone will come for a "free estimate". Waited 3 hours, person showed up at our door, with no ID or business card, walked into our home and took 1 minute to look at the toilet and said "$250 plus tax" to snake. We declined the service - what a complete waste of our time, and a crime that they would charge someone close to $300 to unclog a toilet. Hoping to find a local, honest workman - will keep searching.

Just had Isaac come out to work on clogged toilet He was Courteous And completely the work in a timely and proffesional manner Also he cleaned up the mess without any complaints I would not hesitate recommended this company in the future Gary Madder

Service was very prompt and efficient - Denys, the service tech was fantastic. Took the time to explain what needed to be done, and why. He is very personable. Also glad that this was the second time we had him service a home we lived in. (previous service at another location) we knew the service/job would be done well.

I had plumbing issue at my home in Burlington. Russell From Drain rescue came and fixed my leaky faucet immediately the same day when I called for a service. As well he found that we don't have shut off valve underneath my kitchen sink, so he had to install one. Now at list I don't have to shut off water for a whole house to fix a little issue with a faucet or any pipe underneath. Thank you guys
