I was looking to proactively replace my 15 year old basic sump pump. After a lot of research on best pump brands and contractors I decided on a Liberty PC237-411 sump pump with battery back up from Cove Mechanical. Cove had great on line reviews, is BBB and Baeumler approved! Mark was responsive to my initial inquiry and quick to provide a quote. The price was the best in comparison to the 3 other competitive quotes I received (including an outrageous one from Omni Basement for $2700 for their least expensive option). Paul and Jake showed up on time, did a great job on the install and explained everything to me. A sump pump is not a place you want to spend your $$$ but in the end it was $$$ well spent on piece of mind knowing I bought a great pump system installed by a highly rated and professional company. Thanks Mark, Paul and Jake!
