We had a problem with the sewer drain. Called Jay and he sent us two lifesavers by the names of Grant and Jesse. They were so professional and polite. They explained exactly what they were going to do and did it in a timely manner. We will definitely call them for any further services. Highly recommended. Thanks so much guys.

We just had an amazing interaction with Jay. We came home and our pipes were frozen solid . We called and he came himself because everyone from his staff was super busy. He owns the company and he came on his day off. He was very professional and pleasant. He took off his shoes and explained everything to us and taught us a lot of things about general plumbing and home care. As first time home owners we learned a lot and were very appreciative. We would HIGHLY recommend this company for their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail, AND the fact that their rates are extremely reasonable! Amazing company 5 stars for sure!!!

Called PlumbWize on a Saturday evening and spoke to Jason at 8:55 pm. He said he could have someone here at 8:00 am the next day. After speaking with me further, he realized that we had water flooding our basement from a burst frozen pipe and said someone would be here within the hour. Gavin showed up about 15 - 20 minutes later and fixed our burst pipe. He left at 9:50 pm. Gavin was professional, knowledgeable and gave us advice on how to avoid having our pipes freeze again. I didn't know who to call, especially on a Saturday evening, but found PlumbWize online. They were the first company I called and I am SOOOO glad I did. Reasonable prices, quick and excellent service!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend PlumbWize and call them again for any future plumbing needs. Thumbs up!!!

I had a leak running from my unit into the unit below mine. Grant and Jesse came out to fix the leak. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have dealt with many contractors/tradesmen in the past and these guys were absolutely great. I would highly recommend this company and their staff to anyone.
