Taylor Ford Amherst

I had an excellent response from Paul in the Service dept. who took my mirror to the collision center and had them appraise the replacement of the motor instead of the whole mirror. Before I got home to Oxford I had a message on my phone to call and start the process. They ordered the part and the next day (the day of the big Noreaster.) and the girl told me if I brought it in right now they would replace the works on my Ford Edge.I was back before the storm got here. Excellent response by Taylor Ford. Thanks Paul.

Great people to deal with, friendly and professional. They look after what service you went in for and also what you might need to consider either at the time or in the future. All staff speak when they see you and the ones that you deal with more often can almost always call you by name, makes you feel like you matter. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there for any reason.

Very professional and competent service. I trust them to do a great and thorough job each time and they never let me down. The switch over from Hatheway Ford to Taylor Ford was so smooth. All the same great people we had before doing the same or better (if possible) service.

I had my '07 Focus in the Taylor shop for several issues, all of which were resolved to my satisfaction. Next thing is to have my snow tires installed on our '17 Focus. We were very pleased overall and have no problems bringing either of our vehicles to Taylor Ford.
