Wow, what an amazing experience dealing with Barrie Ford and all the staff. Just bought a Ranger Tremor. From the time I placed the order till I picked up my truck. I was treated like royalty. Since then I have dealt with the parts and service team as well, and once again royalty. They have done everything to make my experience amazing. I would highly recommend Barrie Ford as your next place to purchase your new truck and what can I say about my new Ranger Tremor. This is the best new vehicle I have ever bought. The ride, the style, the everything is just amazing.

Best salesman! Ryan Brown is such a great guy! He was very quick to understand and address what we needed-he knows his job and does it very well. And as a side note the best manners too which is very refreshing  The dealership was very clean, staff were friendly.  They seemed to work together as a team and we’re upbeat and smiling.  We will definitely come back when we need another vehicle

I was very impressed from the first phone call to set up my service to picking up my vehicle.  I spoke with Kim in the service department upon my arrival, who was very friendly and informative.  Since this was my first time at Barrie Ford for service, Kim took the time to explain everything in detail as to what would be completed.  I had the same experience when I picked up my vehicle.  Nice to feel like your not just a number.   Thank you team!!!

I will admit this will not sound like a perfect review however, I believe based on my experience that the sales rep did his job well in the end. The process was fairly straight forward and we received our vehicle ahead of schedule. A couple details of our deal were missed however they were rectified with haste and no resistance from the party in question. Shannon Stewart is very easy to work with and will answer any question you have. All in all a good experience.

I can’t say enough about how great the experience was, Zach my sales rep was amazing and kept constant contact with me during the long wait for my truck to be delivered. He always answered my questions promptly the delivery was hassle free. This is my second truck purchased from Barrie Ford and will definitely not be the last. Great dealership all around.

Besides the fact that Barrie Ford is the only one that has vehicles right now, Brandon, who helped me get my car, was quick, friendly and resourceful. He went out of his way to make sure I was accommodated with a vehicle while I was waiting for my car to be ready. He didn’t waste any time either. As soon as my car was ready he gave me a call to pick up. He’s followed up with me as well to see if I had any issues. I’ve already recommended Brandon to a friend and after being a Japan vehicle owner I think just because of my experience I will stay with Barrie Ford and Brandon and would recommend to my friends.

I procrastinated for as long as I could but  on Feb.16 /2023  I finally brought my 2009 Ford Fusion into Barrie Ford to have 2 recall issues dealt with. From the time that the appointment was made and the parts were ordered to the time that I picked up my car, I found the service to be truly exceptional. I found Barrie Ford & Brian Mackie in service reception to be very professional, courteous  and organized. I had a most pleasant experience.

I recently bought a Bronco Sport from Eric at Barrie Ford. As a first time car-buyer, I entered this situation feeling overwhelmed and anxious. However, that feeling quickly subsided upon receiving exemplary service from Eric Sales Advisor and Rob Finance Manager. Eric found the perfect vehicle for me in an efficient manner and was very thorough in all discussions. Rob explained the financing process and options in great detail. They are both all-around incredible people to deal with. I would highly recommend Barrie Ford for your next vehicle purchase, and through Eric and Rob in particular.
