Today I went there for my tests .the lady who took my sample was very nice polite mean I don’t have words to describe towards her behaviour. this was my first test in Canada for blood sample and she asked did you done this before I said no then she used the baby needle. She gently took my blood sample I don’t know her name but today she wear all black clothes. Everybody is so nice who is working there
Very poorly managed facility. Some of the tenant's names are missing on the digital information boards. No signage at the entrance that it is a paying parking lot. Looks like just any other strip mall. Patrons beware if you don't want to get hit with a $100 ticket! No wonder there are so many vacant office spaces.
Tawa centre has become more of a business minded. The management should provide atleast a 5 mts free parking for those who have some papers to collect from the Surgicorp after a surgery. I approached the impark person who was ticketing . I informed him that I went in to collect just a doctor's paper after surgery. It's not even 3 mts. He told that he has already posted my fine of 100 dollars and I have to pay for it.l asked them whether I can take a parking now. He said no. The MI scan provides free parking for patients. But those who have done a surgery and collect a paper paying 100 dollars inspite of approaching the person is something which is unprofessional. Everybody be careful .It's very wrong. This Iam posting before I am getting the fine papers. There should be some justice to be done.
I took my 9-year-old in today to get a needle done for a blood test an aside from pulling out a machete to scare my child they couldn't have made this more traumatizing threatening to hold a 9 year old down with two nurses is not how you accomplished this. There are much more approachable ways of doing this. My child was completely fine and ready for the situation until the nurse made the point of saying look at this big needle it's really going to hurt. Who does that I mean really is she like a complete sadomasochist. The smart thing to do would be to put up a sheet between the patient and the nurse so the child doesn't have to see the situation. Talking to the child like a child might help as well we're not trying to deliver the mentality of a horror movie. I was completely appalled and aside from controlling my temper and desire to punch out the nurse.... My daughter barely made it through of minor blood test. I then watched as a number of other nurses repeated this exact scenario to a number of other children coming in to get blood work. The entire millwoods Town center Tawa center needs to be heavily reviewed. If I ever return and receive this same treatment I will be seeking an attorney. I hope I made myself very clear
They have a number of medical clinics, Dynalife and other shops at this centre.nnThe medical imaging centre MIC is also located at this centre.nMost of thr clinics restrict coming in to only the patients and there are very few seats available within the lobby to wait. So you may need to wait in the cars....
