Worth the wait! Finally an authentic Halal Hyderabadi restaurant. The hospitality, ambiance, food everything was spot on. We ordered mutton biryani, drumsticks haleem and irani chai. The drumsticks were beyond finger licking tasty Haleem lovers will know what authenticity is when they have this level of deliciousness here The irani chai was on top of the world- and I mean it. The servers were very kind and friendly and accommodated our request to reheat as we enjoy piping hot food. The interiors are simple yet stylish. The glass windows creates so much volume and gives a spacious feel. The washrooms were clean enough but could be better The best place to be and enjoy food with family and friends - go to spot TON team- you all are awesome, a BIG Thank you to you all :

Amazing food - Super flavorful. The chef, Ahmed, came and helped us order because I've never had Hyderabadi food before. Spectacular flavors in all our dishes. Ahmed also made a special dish for one of our guests who can't digest any kind of oils or fats -- he made her food using water instead of oil. The decor and service are low key, but the staff is very friendly and super accommodating. In all, a wonderfully flavorful experience. Vegetarian options: Oil-free and gluten free rice with veg

The best and authentic Hyderabadi restaurant. If you’re big fan of authentic Hyderabadi biryani , this is the place for you. It’s is sooo flavourful, especially with mirchi ka salan. Also all the dry items taste so fresh. We ordered meat platter, mutton soup, mutton biryani with mirchi ka salan, and double ka meetha. Everything was amazing. And not to forget their Irani chai, so flavourful. Service is excellent too. I totally recommend this place. Parking: Plenty of paid parking space available behind the restaurant.

Got a chance to visit Taste of Nawabs, the first truly halal Hyderabadi restaurant, on their opening day. I got to try their Chicken 65, Chicken Korma and Mutton Biryani and they all tasted really good. And the desserts - Qubani ka Meetha, Kaddu ki Kheer and Double ka Meetha were out of this world. They also have a huge selection of drinks including falooda and Irani chai. The place is huge with lot of comfortable seating and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant also has good parking at the back entrance and some free residential parking spots nearby. Highly recommend if you want a nice space to hang out with family & friends with some delicious food. I ended up ordering a takeout of my favorites Qubani ka Meetha and of course the Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani. Visited again over the weekend with a group of friends. Place was busy but we got good service and warm food. Got to try their Mix Grill, Afghan Chicken, Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, Arabian Champaign, Qubani Ka Meetha and Irani Chai. All tasted delicious. I again ordered a takeout of Kaddu ki Kheer, Chilly Chicken & Chicken Fried Rice. We really enjoyed the Indo Chinese food as well. We’ll be back again soon…

Furst time we placed online order via Uber for Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani and a Garlic naan. The taste, portion, aroma of the food blew us away. So we decided to go on a dine in experience. This time we ordered Mutton haleem and Hyderabadi Mutton Biriyani. It sounds odd, but our Online order experience was better than the dine in experience!!! Coz Both time we ordered Hyderabadi mutton Biryani and Online order had better quantity of meat compared to the more bones in dine in! Haleem portion size was not satisfactory too, they should check on salt in that item. I must admit, Taste and aroma of the food would bring smile on your face. Had they limited the salt, Haleem would 10/10. I would like to try this place some other day, specially the weekend specials.

The Lamb Dum biryani was astounding no question around it, Chicken 65 was tasty and heavenly. Nawabi Kabab was okok. Shahi Tukda was undoubtedly yummy. Over all awesome involvement and authentic taste. The food was fantastic and quality was mind blowing. Last but not least - Never miss the Arabic Champagne . The owner Mr. Ismail was amicable, very humble in gesture and able to recommend the dishes that are available.

We ordered chicken 65, paneer pakoda, chicken biryani, nawabi mutton, fish pakoda. Best food ever. I don't eat biryani in any restaurants I don't like it to much masala. But at taste of nawab it was the best. I have eaten. The best part I love there halal bar. I already been to the restaurants 2 times. Love there paneer pakoda. Chicken 65. Best thing first indian restaurants you have server keep checking up on you. Love the space cleanliness. MAY Allah SWT bless your business in more success see you again

I had initially put a review yesterday which they took down. I don't think that was right of the owners or Google to take it down so I am going to post this on social media if this review is taken down as well. The service of the lady who served us was pathetic. She refused to consider our request for better seating when we asked. Her reason was that the seating was for 4 or more people. If this is true, then the same seating should not have been given to two people who were having their food when we came there in the same seating. All this despite the hotel being less than 50% occupied photo attached. The server lady also then gave the same set of seating to two women when another set of three came in. They refused the request for the seating for the three people saying the women asked for that seating first. I do not understand this kind of behavior. Was this behavior due to our race or religion? She was very inattentive to us, with even water being poured by ourselves even while we had our food. When I had a server request, the lady didn't even bother to respond despite being requested. It was the other waiter who finally came and served us. All in all, the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant in Canada. The food is tasty but expensive. This would have been at least a three star review if the service was at least alright. Alas, that wasn't the case. I will never visit this place again.

We were hoping to have a better experience, but unfortunately it did not happen. We ordered their signature plate, Hyderabadi chicken Biryani, and Sheek kebab, and we double checked with the waitress that it’s mild and she said. It was one of the spiciest foods that we have ever had! We asked to change it and they brought us a “better” one, which was spicier that before! After being to 100s of restaurants in Vancouver, including many Indian ones, it’s relatively established what “mild” means here. Our true experience gets 2 stars, considering their slow and unorganized service, but given that this is a new business I leave 3, hoping for improvement. Last point, usually in such situations when the owner and staff are seeing the situation and our negative experience, they should provide something like a desert on the house as their nice gesture and respect to the customer, but nothing like that here!
