Today I seen Yolanda Ballingall  for the first time for a 75 min massage. I was greeted and welcomed by the other staff politely when I came in and the environment was welcoming. During the massage Yolanda created a safe and confidant energy and targeted the areas I needed the most work done. She was professional and kind and one of the best deep tissue and trigger point release therapists Iv experienced so far. She was conscious with her pressures and checked in with me often during the process. She used multiple techniques including trigger point release and cupping to release fascia adhesions. I would for sure recommend seeing this therapist and I look forward to booking with her again. Thank you  20/10

I saw Andrew Walker yesterday for a 60 minute massage. I had no idea how tight and restricted my shoulders were until he treated them, and I completed my workout later that same day with more mobility and comfort! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a deep tissue 'fix it' type massage treatment! Thank you Andrew!

I had an appointment with Sam, I was the best experience I had, his knowledge and explanation was amazing and made you understand massage and how it helps, he does 101 consultation before the massage. If I can give more stars I would, I highly recommend him

I started seeing Tina at Target Health for my very stiff neck and shoulders couple of years ago. After only a handful of sessions acupuncture, massage and cupping I was feeling so much better. I have been to many physio and massage therapists but never had total relief. I cannot recommend Tina enough especially for acupuncture. She is an amazing therapist with magical hands!

I see Tina for acupuncture and she is incredible! I love that she combines acupuncture with massage and she is highly skilled at both. She is intuitive and detail oriented. She remembers personal and physiological issues and is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her services!

I've been seeing Andrew for a few years and highly recommend him! He does excellent therapeutic massages, as a large woman some massage therapists I've seen in the past didn't have the strength to really work my muscles. Andrew is br knowledgeable and a great therapist.

I’ve been seeing Tina for about 7 years, as her skill set is like no one else. Her massages & cupping are incredible but her acupuncture and detail to the feelings/concerns I have at each appointment are tremendous. After her acupuncture I always feel SO calm and more at ease. Her knowledge and resolutions are worth every penny and would highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Tina for massages for several years. She is by far the most talented and effective massage therapist I have ever come across. She uses a variety of techniques that she pulls upon depending on what is going on with your body that day. She also fixed a significant TMJ issue I had with effective jaw massaging techniques. She picks up on people’s mental energy and can incorporate relaxing massage techniques. The last 10 minutes of head and scalp massage literally makes my stress melt away. I have also recently started using her acupuncture services and without too much detail, she managed to deal with a women’s health concern I had.  She is truly a miracle worker. I’ve told many people I know those exact words. I almost don’t want to write this for fear she may get overrun with clients
