Dr Charlie Zhang is the best doctor i have ever been to. He listens to what i have to say and add his own thoughts to the symptoms. I would recommend him to anyone.

Call one day before walking, they said the accept new p. and second they told you they didn't anymore, and the doctor didn't wear mask inside the click during Covid 19, so un professional!

Receptionist was rude and abruptly ended the call before I could even ask the questions I had.

A walk in clinic that doesn't accept walk ins. They wait until after you say in front of a room full of people what you are there for impossible to whisper with a mask to tell you they don't accept walk ins. At least post a sign or something

I was refused service because they didn't recognize my Alberta health card ??? My wife calls and explains to them that it definitely is the health number and they check it out and find it to be correct. Now I am back waiting here with no apology. One of the ladies can barely speak English and sends me away

I dropped by just before 6 pm and literally walked straight into an exam room and was greeted by Dr. Zhang less than a minute later. He was attentive to my request and was able to provide me with the medication and physio/massage referral that I was hoping to receive. The slightly later hours here mean I'll likely return in the future.

Dr Arwan has been thorough, attentive, and very caring. Quick to follow up by phone personally at times!, quickly schedules external referrals and consultations, and certainly cares about his patients. The team is excellent.
