Oh my!  My health and wellness has become top priority!  My massage therapist heard me and understood! Looking forward to the development of a long term wellness plan!  I feel amazing and relaxed!

Ursula is an amazing massage therapist who is very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology. She is able to target the specific muscle groups to relieve otherwise hard-to-get-to spots. For the first time, I have a ‘go-to’ therapist.

I had my first every reflexology appointment today with Rocky. It turned out that my actual appointment was booked for tomorrow.  Despite my error, they were very accommodating and fit me in. The session was excellent. The office/treatment rooms were comfortable. I recommend Varsity Natural Health!

I have been seeing Bobbie monthly for over a year now and I’m so happy about it!  She covers the areas that you request with the pressure that you want. I always leave with all my tense muscle relaxed.
