I am very grateful for the help that I received from the entire team Stephanie, Matt and Alex at Maximum Potential Physio. I was always treated with a great deal of respect and every concern of mine was addressed in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Each session began with a recap of what had transpired since my previous appointment. The excercises were gradually increased in intensity and helped my back feel a whole lot better. What I REALLY appreciated was the care and concern that was demonstrated during the treatments. Matt and Alex constantly asked, "How are you feeling?" or "Are you ok?" That was very reassuring! I would be more than happy to recommend their services to anybody.
My partner and I saw Matt for physiotherapy while we were in Calgary. He helped us immensely through various injuries. His approach was thorough, educational, caring, and motivating. Thanks so much Matt. We are back in BC now and miss seeing you!
Very nice, professional and friendly staff. I'm putting 4 stars only because all the patients are consulted and worked with in an open space, divided just with curtains, so the loud talk from outside of your "slot" may be distracting sometimes. Other than that, I am very happy with the consultation and looking forward for my upcoming treatment. Thank you, Jessica Claflin!
I came in with long lasting lower back pain, and after meeting with Brittney for nearly 3 months I have the understanding of my injury and have developed a lot of strength in that area. I appreciated learning how the injury might have been caused, and understanding how the stretches and exercises were to strengthen my back. I am now discharged, and have the skills, understanding, and confidence to even further strengthen my back and comfort. Thank you Brittney!
Matt Wylie is an absolute miracle worker for me. He has been able to identify the root problem and fix 3 separate issueslower back pain, elbow pain, and knee pain from long distance running relatively quickly, that I had spent years with multiple other health professionals prior with no resolution. I would hands down recommend him to anyone.
When I came to him with hamstring pain, Matt was great at taking me through all the steps of recovery. He quickly diagnosed the source of the pain not the hamstring, figured out the root cause, treated me and gave me exercises to prevent the same thing happening again. Through it all, he was a good guide, answering my many questions, explaining the whys and hows, and making sure I understood the goals of each exercise and each part of the process. I have 100% confidence in his ability to help me the next time!
My daughter and I have seen Cameron and Vivian and most recently Matt Wylie at Maximum Potential. I would highly recommend all of them! Matt has been treating both of my children who are quite active in competitive sports. I must say that he is by far one of the best physiotherapists we have seen including Vivian and Cameron of course!. Not only does he actively listen, he is extremely knowlegeable, his techniques and exercises are excellent and his wonderful personality puts huge smiles on my children's faces. They love coming to see him! My children have healed quickly and returned back to their competitive sports better than ever. I would highly recommend coming to see Matt!!
I had a great experience with the whole team here. Every appointment, I was greeted by friendly and helpful office staff who welcomed me and managed patiently booking my next appointment amid a busy schedule alongside efficiently processing benefits and payments. My physiotherapist was always super helpful, understanding, and focused on thoughtful treatment. The appointments were always on time, progress carefully assessed, and exercises thoughtfully planned.to be effective. and manageable. Treatment was much faster than expected and my ankle issue completely resolved.
Had a car accident in September 2021 and was experiencing some disruptive continuing issues from the accident. Went to Maximum Potential Physiotherapy in December 2021 where I met Matt Wylie, Physiotherapist. Matt is an excellent Physiotherapist. Matt developed a recovery program and was vested in my wellness and recovery. Although it was difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel, Matt was there to support and encourage all the way. 'Thank you' Maximum Potential and "Thank you" to Matt for his excellent guidance and care. I would also like to send a special "Thank You" to all of the desk staff who were always bright and welcoming with a smile on their faces. Would recommend this clinic to everyone!!!!
I have been treated by Matt W and Stephanie K at Maximum Potential over the last few months, and I have been extremely impressed by their knowledge and expertise in figuring out how to get my shoulder moving again, strengthened and back to full function. Stephanie and her team at the Admin desk were also wonderful, always a smile and kind word at the ready, and super efficient with scheduling and billing. I highly recommend Matt and Stephanie at Maximum Potential to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
