After my football game, I went through the drive-thru at this location with my teammates and my wife, who is Filipino. We ordered our food, and as we approached the window, the manager made comments in Filipino, which my wife translated for me. The manager said, “They’re all black,” “Why are they here?” and “They’ve been here too long.” Upon hearing this, we decided to park and go inside. My wife asked to speak with the manager, and when the manager realized that my wife was also Filipino, she immediately started apologizing and admitted she shouldn’t have said those things. I joined in, expressing that her behavior was completely unacceptable and that she needed to be more respectful and considerate. No customer should ever walk into your establishment and feel like they’re being talked about in another language. If my wife hadn’t been there to translate, who knows what else might have been said about us? It’s disturbing to think that we did nothing but give your business our patronage, only to be treated this way. As a manager and a human being, she needs to be better. It’s unacceptable to make such comments about anyone. I would strongly advise against visiting this place if you’re a person of color.
I received my order through Doordash. One item is missing. Whoever did my order should double-check before handing it to the delivery person. I know I did not pay good money just to let it be wasted.
I got very sick after ordering breakfast here a couple days ago. On that exact same day I noticed a post in the Cold Lake rant and rave Facebook page where another person had put up pictured of s burger with mold all over the bun. The staff wouldn't dve give them a refund for the order. This is extremely disturbing and I wouldn't be surprised if other mishandling of food by the staff is what made me so sick.nI am boycotting this business and would not recommend for anyone to go to this location.
A delivery fee plus a delivery service fee and an extra delivery fee for it to be over a 30 minutes late with nothing offered for compensation. Never again.nTo call to say it will be remade fresh, takes under a minute to remake the order.nA cold burger is not hot and fresh. Not even hot enough to melt the cheese.
Literally just chipped a tooth on something HARD in my burger. There should not be anything hard in your burger ever. Not going back
