Leftover chicken, lukewarm gravy and cold fries for poutine. When requesting a new poutine with fresh fries worker just put poutine in microwave. When we declined that, remade poutine had gravy warmed up in microwave. Not only that, but a previous time visiting- the door was locked on us 5 minutes to closing time- without anyone explaining why they couldn't take our order.

KFC is always been a hit-or-miss place for me depending on the day but this KFC is pretty good

They won't honour any KFC online coupons. Food quality horrible and greasy.

I was told that the $30.00 special advertised on the TV is not yet available in Cold Lake. How's that possible??? Then the lady at the drive through did not understand my order, I got nothing I ordered. The owner should pay more attention and train his staff. I'm also going to call KFC's head office to find out why the Cold Lake store does not participate in the TV specials!

This was a very well run KFC. Clean, friendly staff, and they give wet naps!
