Found this gem through a few Hamilton forums while looking for a good sandwich place. Let me tel you I was definitely not disappointed. Was worried about the portion size, well i was wrong. Massive portion. One sandwich and a fry would  be a perfect lunch for 2 people. Pictured is a Buttermilk Chicken Burger tossed in spicy sauce. Was delicious. Will definitely return

Delish! Went to a concert at THF and wanted to grab dinner somewhere before heading into the stadium. Glad we went here! Got the chicken sandwich and fries. Sandwich was huge! It was 3 large pieces of fried chicken on a big bun. It was also very tasty, chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside. Fries were good too. I will go back if I'm in the area again! Really want to try the pouting next time.

A friend recommended this place and I was pretty impressed. Definitely suited to takeout but there is some seating available. Serving sizes are generous and good value. Would like to return and try a couple more menu items.

Sandwich king of Hamilton. Holy they put a huge hunk of meat in that bun. It’s a struggle to finish in one meal.  Pleasantly surprised tho by how tasty it is. Highly recommend if you’re in the Tim Hortons field area! 5min walk from the stadium.

This place was great, from the bread to the pulled pork I can't complain. I also got the loaded tots which were great, didn't get a photo because I ate them too fast. Definitely recommend it if you're in Hamilton and craving a sandwich!

Very tasty chicken sandwich.  Simple.  Not over done with a bunch of stuff,  nice and simple. Loaded taters were pretty good. Place was nice and clean. Guy at the counter was nice.

I visited here for the first time tonight. Food was ready when I arrived and wow was the bag heavy! And for good reason. I mean look at the size of that chicken sandwich. It's insane. Solid chicken and every bite had good crunch from the coleslaw and the pickles were pretty yummy. The tater tots were omg good and the mac & cheese i didn't even eat because.... well way too much food! I totally recommend it here. Try the tater tots and the chicken sandwich! Delicious.

Absolutely amazingly delicious. Had the Italian pork on a bun, Loaded Taters and Mac & Cheese. Don't miss this wonderful gem of a restaurant. Make sure you bring your empty stomach. Today, Pulled Pork with Mac & Cheese and Loaded Tater Tots.

Normally, Tall tree is great, and their spicy chicken poutine has mostly been good.  It was always packed with a good amount of fried chicken, fires, and sauce, with a nice light gravy. I would be full by the end.  Tonight, however, was a different story.  When opened, there was half the amount of fires, a few pieces of chicken that looked boiled then "fried", barely any sauce, and a dark gravy. I was still hungry afterwards.  When we phoned, we were informed that the place is under new management and the new portions were correct. If true, I doubt I'll ever order again.
