I got the Meatball sub today, tasted great, fresh ingredients! I usually get their Chicken Ceasar Wrap that's my favorite here! The staff is always friendly, clean store, quick service and quality ingredients. This store has an added bonus if your a fan of ice-cream, so right after your sandwich... right in this store is an ice-cream parlor and you can grab a dessert on the way out!
Went to this location with my mom today. An employee named Erin was serving us. She was absolutely amazing: kind, efficient... one of the best customer service experiences of my life. She deserves all the best. The food was really tasty too.
Had to change my previous rating. Used to love Mr Sub but it's gone way downhill. They're skimping on the meat now, folding slices in half and using less. Subs just taste like bread and condiment now. We've noticed it every time we get a sub here lately. Time to find somewhere new.
Upon arrival owner opened doors early to accommodate me. He was very friendly and service was amazing. Very clean and great fresh food. Excellent experience
Just as good as any other Mr Sub with one problem. They open an hour later! I have been here many times trying to get a sub at 11:00 and the doors are still closed. That's kind of unacceptable. Why is every other location open an hour earlier than this location? They need to work that!
Showed up tonight at 9pm and were told they are closed... doors were open, Open sign Lights were on, door says 10pm, website says 10pm, google says 10pm. They said that's is the summer hours.. seems to me employees are just lazy and wanted to close early. This place has really gone down hill since new owners took over. Half the time the subs we order arnt even right.
They don’t even put an ounce of meat on the steak sub and charge $12. Do not go here. Go to Wendys next door and get a triple patty burger for less. What a joke this place is.
Great customer service. Food tastes fresh and the quantity is good. The staff at this location is very friendly and polite.
Ever since the last renovation of this location something has changed, and not for the better. Items ordered are often left off...inconsistent quality of bread. It seems that the sub bun keeps getting bigger and bigger. I’m not sure if this is cutting corners but I have been going to Mr. Sub for over 30 years and I have always appreciated the consistent quality and freshness of Mr. Sub bread and toppings. I hope this location improves since there are very few other locations in East Hamilton.
Shady sub shop. They do not honor their own advertised coupons. Sent a $7.59 meal deal coupon, then charged $8.08 no explanation from staff. Avoid these cheats. **RESPONSE TO MR SUB** If you think the issue is $0.50 you clearly missed the point. How many others did you charge incorrectly? What is your action plan to return their money to them? I questioned your staff at the time of the error, and they simply said it was up to "Head office" and they could not do anything. So overcharge 100's of people. and refund $0.50 to 1 person, works out great for you eh?
