Taco Bell

Waited a full 1 hour in the drive through tonight, I arrived and got in line at 5:49, I ordered about 20-30 minutes later and up to the window 20ish minutes after that, I paid was handed drinks and was told that my straw would be in the bag, 10ish minutes later at 6:49 I received my order and it was was 1 Crunchwrap supreme short, no straws or receipt in the bag. Unfortunately because of the wait time we really had to get going or things would have been checked.nnI really shouldn’t have had to pay at that point, an hour in a drive through is unacceptable.

I am very disappointed in the experience I had at Tillsonburg Taco Bell. We waited 40 minutes for food. One person was cooking while 2 others ran around. My order sat on the counter for 10 minutes while they gave orders to other people. I had to ask if that was my order sitting there, or else I would have still been standing there. On top of that, my order was wrong. We ordered 2 combo ones and a combo 3. We got 3 combo ones… 35$ for cold and wrong food. I will never go back. I am not one to usually fill these out, but seriously…horrible. And my fries supreme was missing ingredients.

It was honestly horrible waited for an hour and 20 minutes for a online order I already waited to be ready so I could pick it up lol, ended up sitting there for longer then expected and they didn’t even try asking me what I was waiting for they anytime I’d ask I also didn’t get any cup at first when I said I had an online order just got dismissed, got home after all of that and nothing in my bag was what I ordered… I was so patient and nice with em too the drive thru time was also horrible

This location is having very slow service waited for 7 minutes just to order and the employer was busy doing talking with other employer and the order was not even taken properly.nWorst druve thru service waited so lond for the food even.

I cannot believe how small my tacos were. There was next to nothing of ingredients on any of my food. This is the last time. Repeatedly, I have been disappointed by the quality and quantity. Definitely will never eat at Taco Bells again.
