Pizza Hut

worst experience of my life in last 10 years at the Pizza Hut. Me and my friend went to have lunch there. My friend started coughing all of sudden, I just requested to server to bring us water because my friend was in need of water badly. She gave us such a bad look and start saying " that I am the only one at floor, I have only two hands and I can only do this much. It was not busy afternoon at all there were only 6 people all together at that time in the dinning area.

We went with one of our grandkids..a 9 year old, we ordered a family meal, which the waitress thought she should upgrade to large with out actually telling us. The pizza was not really very good as the crust was very wide with the toppings skimpy, not really what I went there for..pizza crust .the waitress was a bit on the slow side and when we were finally done brought the bill including the upgrade. We complained and the manager was very unhappy we did but did downgrade it grudgingly.

Mostly great. It's just a bit strange when they wait until they seat you before telling you they are unable to serve pizza because the ovens are broken.

worst pizza ever. There were hardly any toppings on the pizza, they just gave me the crust and sauce. Not happy with the service of such a big name franchise
