Was told I could walk to the drive thru window because I'm a regular and they close their doors at 10 and their drive thru at 11, and I always get off work at 10 and show up around 1020. It was pouring rain. I was soaked and figured atleast ill get my timmies. I was told I needed a vehicle to order, sorry! Unfortunately, that's my only coffee option after work.nIt was great for 6 years, having it so perfectly convenient on my way home a great routine. It really sucked being told one thing, and then someone else denied me on such a terrible day.nIf Im allowed to, I'd like to keep going, but until everyone is on the same page and won't nicley tell me to go away, I won't be trying it anymore.

I ordered 3 medium ice Capps and before they made them i wanted it changed to larges I was told that it wasn't possible then when I received my ice Capps they weren't full I'm not happy with the service since I have to pay $5 per ice capp

I went through the drive through to order and ended up having a huge order. I apologized as I had my 4 littles with me and it was larger than I like to order through the drive thru. They were so kind and super quick making all my things. I wasn't at the window for more than a minute. I had a pizza and a wrap, 8 drinks and a few muffins and a dozen donuts! Fantastic service Thank you!

First time visiting this location. I ordered a cold brew with a shot of espresso. I drove up to the window and was given my drink. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for it to be black did not know I had to ask.. So I asked the middle aged lady at the drive thru if I could get it black. She did not seem impressed even after I apologized and was grateful for them remaking my drink…. I will not be back and will continue to support Starbucks since their coffee AND customer service is ALWAYS AMAZING!!

The worst place to go and get a coffee in whole canada, the lady who takes orders are really frustrated because she started work early , so what go home and take rest why are you taking out your frustration on customers, anyone can go there and tell how bad she was treating customers over there. I would love to tell the order please change her timing or she can stay happy and attend customer happily
