Tim Hortons

I’m a regular customer and have been coming to this location for almost 1.5 years, at least three times a week. Every time I place a mobile order, I still wait 5–6 minutes — mobile orders are not prioritized at all, which defeats the purpose. Today I asked them to prioritize my mobile order, and they started arguing about it being lunch hour and “so many customers,” even though I only saw two people in line. They told me to be patient — I’ve been patient for the last 1.5 years. Very disappointing. This location has lost a regular customer.

If you made some changes in your menu you need to inform your customers since i really love my iced capp with whipped cream. It tooks a while before they took my order and when i got my order in the window and noticed that my iced capp does not have a whipped cream thats the only time that the staff informed me that they no longer have it and they just put caramel on it.nnI guess I reacted like this because I was craving a caramel iced capp.

Decent customer service at front. I am a newcomer in canada. Guy at the front patiently helped me to figure out the sandwiches. However, coffee from drive thru was not good.

Fantastic service, great vibes, I think her name was Ashley she was fantastic with taking my order while it was a little busy in drive thru, and the staff incharge of my food were absolutely delightful keep up the great work Tim Hortons!!!

Very clean place, service is amazing. All the staff are friendly and quick with their order taking and making. Keep it up!!!
