Taco Bell

This location is experiencing way to many customer's than it's currently capable of handling in my honest opinion. This locations drive thru starts to abruptly right after it's Hall Blvd entrance. I think this location serves a very high traffic area with the Washington square mall close by plus all the other shopping center's. It should be looked into possibly getting a bigger lot to rebuild to make it flow an not be so traffic jammed all the time. Sometimes I'm stuck in the parking lot unable to back out an leave because of the limited space here an high traffic area. I'm not going to lie I hope this review helps this location get a new bigger space of a lot.

This used to be our favorite Taco Bell. It has seemingly changed hands and now the food/service/cleanliness have all fallen off. On our most recent visit an employee ordered, and because he left his wallet in the back a sizable line of upset customers formed. Worse yet, the offending employee seemed oblivious to the sheet storm he created. The lady who's till was stopped cold was apologetic, but it was a huge mess. Several folks at the end of the line left the restaurant. Several more made cutting comments that 'this sort of thing' happens all the time. Not good.

I feel like they are on the slower side when it comes to filling the oder. But very good service otherwise.

All the employees are very polite and get ur good fast I love this toco Bell

The food is usually pretty good here, however the wait times at this particular drive-thru are always really long.
