Panda Express

Great go to place to get your Orange chicken fix. I find that first thing in the morning works for me. If I choose to go in the after noon I come prepared to wait in a line for lunch or after 4, more lines when people start to get off work and they stop to get something for dinner. Another time to wait is if they have to prepare another fresh dish if the selection runs out.

Yesterday I took my kids to Panda Express for dinner. I was surprised by how expensive the kids meals are ($5.70), but was willing to pay to get my kids to eat. Two ordered the orange chicken and rice and my daughter, knowing that everything besides the honey walnut shrimp is "too spicy" convinced me to order it even though it costs more. So after paying the $.75 surcharge for the premium food item, I was given the entree which consisted of a mound of white rice and 4 (That's right FOUR) shrimp! That's not enough to feed a one-year-old let alone a growing six year old. My daughter left hungry and I left incredibly upset that I paid $6.45 for FOUR shrimp! I had to come home and make her a sandwich just to fill her up. I don't know how you can possibly sell this. It doesn't meet any nutritional criteria and when I approached the manager on duty, she said it was Panda Express's policy. This is absurd. So disappointed.

Frequently out of fresh vegetables and teriyaki chicken with a 10-minute wait. If they are out, they set aside your food where it cools until what you want is ready. Meanwhile, they will give your companion a meal, ring it all up, and your friend is finished before your food arrives. We've walked out a number of times because of this. Good value and many choices to suit a variety of palettes. This is one of the busier outlets. Good place to bring the family or grab a bite to eat before or after shopping at Beaverton town center.

Don't know what it is about having a nice spread close to closing, but the food selection was NOT fresh. So I proceeded and asked for fresh noodles and the poor kid mixes the old noodles in with the new then tries to serve it to me.... The all the chicken options look burnt and overcooked. I just left and went next door to Subway.

Hit and miss at this location. Ordered online today. Ordered “broccoli beef” but got broccoli broccoli. But sometimes it is pretty good.
