It would be nice to feel like you are not an inconvenience just because you have to wait a second to find out answers on What somebody or ordering for once. There was nobody in line behind me... And I felt like I was bothering the drive-thru guy.

Thought I'd stop there to get before going to urgent care because I hadn't eaten in over 24 hours. 3 mins of waiting for someone to take my order, and still no answer. I went to leave but was blocked by a car that was waiting for their food. It took another 5 mins before they got. The cashier made sure to give me a knowing smile as I drove obviously upset. Worst customer service.

12 minutes to get a burger with no cheese and 3 chicken strips. The chicken strips were over cooked and you put cheese on my famous star again. Again. The last four times you put cheese on the famous star. I even nicely ask a second time when ordering for no cheese.

It was fine service was good and the place was clean.i am just not a hudge fan of Carl's Jr but like I said it was quick and clean and thats pretty good

The lettce wrap is better than A bun and more Heather for you more than anything else
