Taco Bell

I love their food but I’m going to start driving to the Roy or 12th street Taco Bell because we have nothing but issues with this place. On multiple occasions we are missing food or have wrong food in our order, BUT to top it off there is little to no food in the tacos or burritos. I order a grilled and I get like 3 little potato’s and basically just a rolled tortilla and same with the spicy potato taco it is just a tortilla. We order the fries or nachos and they just covered the bottom with cheese sauce. It is not like it is coming out of there paychecks to give us what we ordered. If I wanted a grilled tortilla with nothing on it I’ll goto the store and buy a whole bag. I’m done with this place.

Great day or disgusting day is a draw of straws. Last time, a staff meeting was preparing to take place with the manager and staff laughing and having a great time, which would be okay if there was a clean table in the place. We were the only customers and couldn't find a clean one. Since we had our food, I asked for our food to be loaded into bags and we left. Thank goodness we didn't interrupt their good time.

This is the cleanest Taco Bell that I've ever eaten in to date! Very fresh taco supreme today with a clean dining area. That is rare among these chains.

I go to this Taco Bell quite frequently and I am very pleased with the management of this place, which I really can't say that about many fast food restaurants. These guys are always fast and efficient and I have never had anything wrong with an order that I have had to go back for. All of the staff is very friendly and helps you feel welcome upon ordering.e

I had a problem with my order. I didn't find out until I got home I called them and they left a message in the office that the next time I came in to redo my order at no cost. I think that is exceptional customer service.
