Panda Express

We just had our first and last experience with panda express in Riverdale. The shift manager was snappy and rude with us. We were as pleasant as possible. Nothing was ready although we were patient and understanding. The order came out wrong. The boy who corrected our order acted put out about it. Only partially corrected the order. At this point in already frustrated and took our order. While driving home we discovered they forgot the sauce to go with our chicken! We detoured to the Roy location where they were more than accommodating with giving us teriyaki sauce. From this point I will only take my business to your Roy location.

This particular time I was in there I didn't feel like their food was kept very fresh. So I'm not sure that I would give it 4 stars for that visit but usually it's better

Have always had food ready when we got there, lines move fast, no complaints.

Arrived at this location at 9:10 PM, I walked in and immediately I was given dirty looks from the staff. I looked over to the selection and they must have been anxious to leave becuase all the dishes had been cleaned up and there was nothing left. It’s one thing to be open and have food, it’s another to be “open” and have no food. If your hours state that you’re open til 9:30 I expect to have the SAME experience I would at 9:29 Pm as I would have at 5:00 in the evening. It’s a joke. But what can you expect from minimum wage employees.

I placed an order online and went to the designated online pick up. There was a lady in front of me and a lady behind me. The associate took care of the lady in front of me. But then skipped to the lady behind me and attended to her first. Now this is the second time I have been to this restaurant and had to wait forever because the associates would rather take care of another person than take care of me and I am incredibly frustrated at this lack of customer service
