Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

Really good food, pretty slow service. We've been to a handful of Rio's and this one was by far the slowest. It took 20 minutes to get through a line that should've taken less than 5. Good food, good atmosphere, slow service.

I would say I love this place but we still had 10 minutes to hurry get in and get out and we saw the workers yelling at other workers to hurry and lock the door so we couldn’t get in guess what he locked the door. Great food horrible service for that. Sorry not sorry we have till 9!! Went to costa vita. They were so nice and let us in!

I placed an over the phone order for two grilled chicken burritos tonight and both were supposed to be with extra chicken. When I got home neither of them had the extra chicken I had paid for. Each had at the very max 3 tiny pieces are were stuffed with beans and rice. What a waste to pay $28 for two grilled chicken burritos and to only have three pieces of chicken in each maybe 4 in one of the burritos when I paid for extra meat. The customer service is also horrible when placing my order over the phone when I was done giving the food I wanted the person working said your food will be ready in 5 minutes and hung up. No total, didn’t ask if there was anything else, didn’t even say goodbye just hung up. Absolutely dissapointed and dissatisfied with this service and I will not be returning. Upset I paid $28 for two burritos to be filled with beans and rice what a rip off.

No tamales on Thursday again. I wouldn't be upset except that is all my wife talks about on Thursday. 😟

Super cold in here tonight, food was great as usual but everyone in the store was pulling their coats on and zipping them all the way up.
