I have 25 years of food & beverage management experience nationwide, and this location should be embarrassed. Parking lot not well maintained neither is the drive thru. Went inside and it got worse.nnEmployees stood idle while a line built outside. Customers were forced to use a credit-only kiosk. The front employee was on his phone, playing with a pen, and ignoring both guests and cleanliness.nnGloves were worn but never changed while touching everything—an obvious food safety violation. The workstation was filthy, floors were dirty, and no cleaning was happening during service. The only employee who showed basic professionalism was one heading to the restroom who removed his gloves.nnThis is not a staffing issue it’s a management failure. What I saw was unacceptable, unsafe, and completely avoidable.

This place is a absolute joke! Went in to order there were several people behind the counter one of which spent more time on his phone that you can't hardly understand when he talks. Im told sorry but due to staff shortages I can't take your order so you have to use the kiosk which you can't find half the things on the menu. There is nothing but horseplay behind the counter and the lobby tables are absolutely disgusting nobody knows how to clean around there and honestly that lobby should be shut down due to the filth. Honestly do yourself a favor and just go eat somewhere else that's going to appreciate your business and somewhere that is sanitary

If I could give 0 starts I would. Front desk wasn't doing anything besides being on his phone. Not taking orders or cleaning and directing people straight to the keyosk. The back workers were not clean. Touching everything and not changing gloves like they should be. Work area was not clean. Horrible.

What a bummer to have such a guy work at a decent place. Didn't receive total order or a receipt. Asked for second crunchwrap and the younger guy just laughs and said yeah right. So, I paid for another crunchwrap. Dude takes payment, goes himself to make it and one guy by the line starts laughing. Clearly got extra taco seasoning I wouldn't want. It was late, i was pretty ticked off so I just threw it away. Next day didnt see the guy.nOtherwise, the usual service with the rest of the food workers there.

Why are face to face customers ignored and told to order at a kiosk? Where is your sign that says this instead of being rude to paying customers. Tacobell needs to realize that not every customer uses door dash. First time in a year I've been there, and certainly the last. Plus, there was almost nothing in my chalupa. Way to fail Tacobell. I'm glad you are catering to individuals that refuse to get off their butt and get their own food.
