Paradisos Restaurant

This place used to be one of our go-to spots, but the service has clearly gone downhill. Our last three visits have all been bad.nnOn February 24, we ordered a pizza and waited 1 hour and 25 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant only two other tables occupied. Not once did anyone update us or offer an explanation. I didn’t even say anything until we were walking out the door. When I finally asked, the response was simply, “I don’t know, I’m sorry.”nnWe had our two young kids 5 and 8 with us, and they spent the entire time asking where their food was and saying they were hungry. It completely wasted our evening.nnAs we were leaving, they suddenly said our pizza was ready. We took it to go — mistake. It was burnt and the wrong pizza.nnTwo other customers were also waiting over an hour just to pick up orders.nnIn Kenai, options are already limited, but even with that in mind, this isn’t worth it anymore. We won’t be back.

We went for Valentine’s Day ! Ordered food then received entree no salads first . Waitress said they were being made fresh . ok then she brought bill and we asked about our salads oh those are part of the dinner I forgot I’ll bring them now. Or do u want them to go? What? That’s ridiculous! Can you just discount bill . lol took of 2 dollars each!nThat’s a hard no we will never go back…. The food and service isn’t worth it!

Terrible service. The waitress Sarah didn't bring silverware even when asked she only brought 1 set. Then our food came out so far apart I had finished by the time all of the meals were brought out. Most of the food was cold by the time it was served. Then it took forever to get our check and Togo boxes. Been eating here since the 1970' s and that was the worst service I have ever had

Almost Perfect! I placed an order for Delivery.nI ordered the Gyro with Fries and the Hostess pick of the Greek Calzone and a 2 litter of Coke. Upon delivery I asked the driver about the soda, the driver explained that it wasn't on the ticket. Quite disappointing do to the fact that the Soda Pop was the only reason I ordered in the First Place. The driver told me to call, but this review will suffice. Moral of the Story! Ensure the Hostess recitess your order back to you along with the price, before hanging up.

Came to dinner with my family and had a wonderful experience! Our waitress was very polite and so down to earth. It’s October and they have decorated the restaurant with excellent Halloween decorations making it feel like the season. It was so fun to see and they did such a great job! We got halibut bite appetizers which were so yummy. The breading was perfect, not soggy at all! Then we ordered a few dishes of seafood pasta and ooooh my was it mouth watering! Everyone loved their dish and our waitress kept out drinks filled which was nice.nI would highly recommend coming to this place!
