Start off by saying the customer service was very good. The woman working the front was delightful and very good with my daughter. But we are here to eat and unfortunately the food wasn’t very good. The Classic Boardwalk Burger was mediocre at best. The sriracha burger was better, I feel the crispy onions carried this burger. The fries are over salted and after reading other reviews it wasn’t a just this time thing. They are brand new so I will try this place again in a month or so and see if it gets better at which point I will change my review. For now it’s 2 stars.

A new burger place had opened up in town, and I was so excited to give the new kid on the block a shot, and they did not disappoint. It was a little busy, but being a new establishment, a wait was expected. The service was fantastic, and being a celiac, I don't have as many tasty options, but the gluten-free bun did not disappoint. The fries were fantastic, and my wife absolutely fell in love with the cookies and cream shake. My first visit was fantastic, and you should be expecting to see me in again very much. Thank you, and keep up the good work, guys!

The owners were super friendly and you could see the passion they have for their business! Not to mention the food was amazing and really well priced! Check it out!

Always glad to see new burger joints open up in the park. As someone who is celiac, having options for burger joints can be difficult at times. And while some places do cater to people like myself offering lettuce wraps and the like, sometimes I just really want a nice burger in a bun and that feel good fast food feeling. After ordering here, I am very pleased. The woman at the front counter even asked if I was celiac and knowing that I was even asked that, I could count on everything being prepared in a safe manner. As for the food itself, it was great! The beef was seasoned well and wasn't dripping with grease and the toppings that were on the burger were also very fresh. The fries were great. Had the right amount of crispiness on the outside and didn't come across greasy like other food joints either. I have yet to try a shake but as for everything else, I definitely recommend it and I hope the owners find success!

My son has lots of allergies including dairy, wheat, and eggs. Not only did we receive amazing customer service by the owners but they were also able to accommodate the allergies. The food is delicious! I highly recommend !

Very disappointing. The milkshakes very over-hyped had a very unpleasant after taste, especially the banana one… I’ve had better at McDonald’s! And the fries had tasted like were badly freezer burnt, normally hate wasting food but no one in my group could finish them. The only redeemable thing were the burgers! But definitely not coming back here.

Just terrible don't waste money. The service was ok but there was a fairly severe language barrier. The order was screwed up so it took 2 trips and neither time were they even close to being ready. 45 minutes wasted inside the restaurant waiting and being fed excuses. We all know about excuses... Way too much sauce. Brown lettuce. Completely soaked buns on mush/swiss burg. Tiny portions...on 2 orders of fries there were about 6 over 2 inches long. Bullseye bbq sauce. 3 napkins. Onion rings are bleh and again mini portion. We didn't get the impression they were at all concerned about our order or really making any kind of effort toward keeping a customer satisfied or improving the business. My suggestion is to steer well clear of this dumpster fire....

Extremely clean restaurant. I’ve been there lots because I come and eat lunch there often and I’ve never seen it dirty. Good food, I’d recommend the Sriracha burger. Only issue is the prices but otherwise it’s a solid place to eat. Good customer service too.

First, I can say that I think my expectations were too high for this place. I ordered from Door Dash and my burger was hot but just OKAY. The BBQ sauce was too much and way overpowering. Frankly, the sauces on the burger were bold, way too much, and very distracting. But, The real disappointment were the onion rings. No different than Dairy queen probably the same supplier but they were soggy, undercooked and COLD. This was a premium priced burger/onion ring combo as well and sadly, the value/quality was not there. I was really hoping for an authentic old fashioned burger joint but this isn't it.

I changed my review, we went back for another couple burgers and were not overly impressed. The sriracha burger has some decent heat but the burgers were not great. Fries are meh. The shakes however were very good. Classic boardwalk cheeseburger is easily one of the best burgers in sherwood park. Prices are cheaper then i would guess and we are looking forward to trying more of there food. Clearly all fresh and made to order.
