Shawn the manager and Alex. I can’t say enough about these guys. Literally we come every night and every night we are greeted with smiles and these guys going above and beyond. Even if my teenagers don’t want Taco Bell we go for a drink because they truly just make our nights better with their enthusiasm and kindness. I am a manager of a shop and would hire them just because you cannot find customer service as good as this crew as a whole. Taco Bell acknowledge the greatness you have. They go above and beyond night after night. These are not fast food characters they are future CEO’s. Embrace the customer service in a world of kids not caring, because these guys go above and beyond night after night
Seriously amazing service! I have never seen a fast food restaurant pay so much attention to detail and care so much about the food being fresh and getting the order right. Seriously the staff made my day. Thanks guys. Great job.
Quick and painless. The kiosk is a much more convenient way to order, especially if u have poor eyesight. The only problem was they didn't have mild or hot sauces out, and the tables weren't wiped down. You could see the rings from previous drinks.Food: 5/5
Worst Taco Bell that ever existed. They're closed a lot during normal hours but don't even put signs up. They're slower than going to a sit down restaurant and rarely get the order right. Then when you call to say stuff is missing or wrong, they don't answer the phone. This is probably a symptom of extremely poor management and owners though.
Stopped by the drive through for breakfast on a Saturday, only a couple people working. BEST Taco Bell breakfast I’ve had in YEARS. Crunchwrap was perfect, Cinnabon delights were bomb.
Hands down the best Taco Bell I ever been too! Excellent management and a great staff to go with it!! They know how to do their jobs with a smile on their face! 10/10
Went through the drive through and the staff running it tonight 3-22-23 were 100% the best crew I have had at a taco bell. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Gotta give an attaboy to Alex, keep it up. Food: 5/5
Ordered on the app, when we arrived they could not fulfill the order and made us cancel the order and re-order with product they had available at the store only to be told to wait an additional 10 minutes before we could get our food. Called corporate about our experience and was told we would receive a call from the operator or district manager, surprise to no one no call. Pathetic company and operator. Spend your money at a restaurant that actually wants to earn your business.
Called ahead to make sure the times on Google were correct they were extremely pleasant on the phone with the reply of drive safe.. food was what we ordered even with it being 30 minutes before they close, you guys are great thank you!
