Shawn the manager and Alex. I can’t say enough about these guys. Literally we come every night and every night we are greeted with smiles and these guys going above and beyond. Even if my teenagers don’t want Taco Bell we go for a drink because they truly just make our nights better with their enthusiasm and kindness. I am a manager of a shop and would hire them just because you cannot find customer service as good as this crew as a whole. Taco Bell acknowledge the greatness you have. They go above and beyond night after night. These are not fast food characters they are future CEO’s. Embrace the customer service in a world of kids not caring, because these guys go above and beyond night after night
Seriously amazing service! I have never seen a fast food restaurant pay so much attention to detail and care so much about the food being fresh and getting the order right. Seriously the staff made my day. Thanks guys. Great job.
You guys shouldn’t be a Taco Bell franchise. Front door is always locked and you guys are always close before the time that says on your open hours since you close at midnight it is 11 o’clock. I believe I am calling corporate on you guys. I’ve been here since July, and nothing has changed.
Worst Taco Bell that ever existed. They're closed a lot during normal hours but don't even put signs up. They're slower than going to a sit down restaurant and rarely get the order right. Then when you call to say stuff is missing or wrong, they don't answer the phone. This is probably a symptom of extremely poor management and owners though.
Stopped by the drive through for breakfast on a Saturday, only a couple people working. BEST Taco Bell breakfast I’ve had in YEARS. Crunchwrap was perfect, Cinnabon delights were bomb.
Ordered on the app, when we arrived they could not fulfill the order and made us cancel the order and re-order with product they had available at the store only to be told to wait an additional 10 minutes before we could get our food. Called corporate about our experience and was told we would receive a call from the operator or district manager, surprise to no one no call. Pathetic company and operator. Spend your money at a restaurant that actually wants to earn your business.
Bro if you give this below a 4 star review you trippin. The workers are straight my food comes faster than the gosh dang flash dowg. I don’t even have time to sit down and my food comes. Best place ever it’s lit. Yummy quasidilla
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to if they’re open. Not sure I’ve ever had an order come out exactly how I’ve ordered it from this location., whether it’s missing food or something wrong with the food received. As a vegetarian, it’s a bummer to get home and realize you have a beef burrito instead of a veggie burrito. Save yourself the headache and visit a surrounding location. Really hope a manager who cares reads this and the other most recent reviews.
Ridiculous! Couldn’t believe how empty the taco shells were. Like someone else mentioned in an earlier review, about a tablespoon of meat. I think I paid for air and lettuce. For some reason there seems to be a real problem with fast food restaurants in Windsor Colorado. I have to drive into Fort Collins to get decent fast food. Plus it was hard to understand the person taking your order not only was he a mumble mouth it was worsened by wearing a mask. I wish new hires because enunciate.
