Taco Bell

Everytime I get extra sour cream I'm always questioning why I even bother paying extra. I'm half way through my burrito before I get the slightest hint of sour cream, took a few more bites and there's still almost none. I get the same amount when I don't pay extra for the sour cream. Also didn't receive a utensil for my side of potatoes.

Would give 0 stars if it let me, Kobe manager on duty is disrespectful and refuses to be helpful, food was prepared horribly and left a mess in the bag everything was squished into, and was missing parts of my mobile order. They push you to order through the app so they can tell you there's nothing they can do about it when it's not prepared properly and will refuse to give you a refund for your order. Absolutely disgusted with how we were treated and the service we received tonight.

I was visiting from out of town. This was the nicest Taco Bell I've ever been in. Great service, and food came prepared to specs. Whatever management is doing here, I wish could be spread to other restaurants. Service is just not this good in other parts of the country. Thanks for the great experience.

Kobe was a very unintelligent person for a manager. After receiving our order wrong, not just once but twice. I spoke with Kobe both times. For someone to be considered a manager. Maybe not an incompetent one that acts like he’s high all day. Then proceeded to say he doesn’t have the general managers contact information when it was hung up in the office. Barb, reconsider your staff.

I was doing door dash, and the orders were made in a timely manner, which was helpful to get more door dashes done quickly.
