The food was excellent. The service was quick yet efficient. The staff was polite and friendly. Everything was awesome. I highly recommend this establishment.
First off our waitress was pleasant but not good at her job. She asked if we needed more coffee and then didn’t bring it until we flagged her down We asked for a box. She forgot the box.she forgot to bring the salads for those who ordered the 2 for $22 meal until the entree came. Forgot about the dessert until she brought the bill. Just an FYI. Not very busy. I ordered a wildfire chicken salad. I didn’t get dressing. She brought that and I kept thinking my salad didn’t taste right. THERE WAS NO CHICKEN IN IT! WTH people?? My rolls were hard! I’m not making this crap up. Worst dining experience ever. Won’t be going back!!
BRING Austin back! He was amazing at serving he was very friendly and funny. He had a great flow and never disappointed. We went in last night was awful. Waited 10 minutes to get sat. No refills on our drinks. Food was hard and definitely wasnt fresh at all you can tell. Austin was at least very very attentive. As his regulars we will not be back. We miss his energy and his sway, I'm sure we are not the only ones that feel this way. Just the only ones that will speak out.
Well, wasn't the breakfast I was hoping for... Waited 10+ minutes for drinks. Was asked if we wanted the bacon and cinnamon rolls we ordered off the appetizer menu before our meal, we told the waitress yes please. We never got the candied bacon or cinnamon rolls. When we finally got our meals, my country fried steak had barely any country gravy... When we got our meals we had to ask for refills on our drinks and than did not get them until we were done eating and had to ask for them when we got the bill... sad sad day... didn't seem like the employees were worried about customer service or satisfaction while me and my family visited
Loved the atmosphere. Service was slow and the food was cold and definitely not fresh. Both of our meals, unfortunately. We waited and waited for our coffee and never got condiments our waitress promised twice. Maybe it was an off day for this location?!
