Sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes, no answer, arrived 20 minutes before close after putting in a mobile order and got charged and told the order was received. Update the hours if you are gonna close 20 minutes early. Waste of my time and money that wont get refunded for 2 to 3 days.
Beware of possible drive through worker stealing card information. Went on 10/31 and noticed a lady with long hair at 9:02 pm move my debit card in a weird direction toward her phone and it looked like it captured the card info. From there I locked the card in fear that she stole my information. Today I got a charge that was declined because my card was locked. Don’t come to this place, either way you shouldn’t have your phone next to a card reader where you could easily be recording the numbers on the back of the card
I usually find a reason to give stars. The one star is for convenience. It was on the way home. The young lady at the window sounded as if she was bored, incredibly depressed or my husband said "give her a break, maybe they're being held up". We asked what was a quesalupa. Apparently it's "like a taco". One shell or two.. "one mam" LIES! It was nothing like the description we pulled from her. Are we the only people that didn't know what this was? And why is the regular quesadilla always 1/4 filled or is that just this taco bell? Would you like sauce? We say "yes please, medium ". We get nothing. And we paid 10.00 plus for this dining experience. Picture is an actual quesalupa...for those that don't know.
I love getting the number 8 but today I was served by “Sequan C” and he was a very nice worker. He gave me the food and condiments I needed and he was very kind. This man deserves better.
Didnt special order any of our items and yet all of them were lacking. I suppose I should be glad they didn't forget anything or give us cold food. On second thought I wouldn't be surprised if they just put old food in a heating station. My wife and kids are hungry after a long day and that's the only reason we took this food. Will not return to this location.
The place was cleaned, probably the cleanest restaurant I've been in, the customer service was nice, and the price of the food was good and fair.
Do not order delivery from this location! I don't know who is there or what is wrong with them, but why would me saying I don't want bean paste on my nachos mean that I want the entire container of bean paste to go? Then they forgot to add chicken on my Chicken power bowl. Like isn't it in the title? Why advertise delivery if your staff doesn't give a f***.
Went inside to order. Was helped by "Q" and it was a breath of fresh air in this region. Customer service is lacking everywhere these days, but Q seems to genuinely care about making customers happy. Food was sloppily prepared and the fountain drink station wasn't working well, but customer service & the lobby were great.

My order is not always complete and when I let them know the next day it is not corrected. This is day 3 and no correction or giving me what was missed in my order.
