Excellent seafood, clean fryer oil, poor drive through service. Wasn't ready and I was asked to wait in front for my food. I had to wait forever to turn left in busy traffic and reenter the parking lot. Then, i had to walk inside for cocktail and tartar sauce and lemon juice.Food: 5/5
It's OK. Food is good and most of the employees are great. The store itself needs a make over. It's dingy and just isn't very inviting and warm.

I always try to leave positive reviews, will when I pulled up to the drive through to order ...I was told kind of rudely my order would take 20 minutes because of the chicken ....I said that is OK I will wait. And then I was even more concerned about the young girl at the window who handed me my food ...she had on the most longest bright red nails and I have to be honest... my first thought is I hope she is washing her hands regularly...with all that bacteria and germs she is going to be getting under them. I was really surprised that with the Covid 19 issues that they would let her have such long nails working with food. She was pleasant at the window...the food was OK.
I give the food a good review always seems fresh and hot ....I give the cleanliness of the dining room negative 100% . Absolutely no one in there right mind would want to sit in a sticky covered ..greased covered mess . Staff needs to be held accountable...and the manager needs to be ashamed . Is this location a corporate or a franchise location? They should be embarrassed. So not a 5 star Kid-friendliness: Kid menu's Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Place was filthy....old food on the tables and the trash bin were over flowing
Potatoes were extremely too hot to enjoy and eat. Had to ask for items twice that weren't in tray. Sloopy counters. Employees were unprofessional
They're short staffed and did their best. Still provided great service and good. Def felt sorry for them being a super busy Saturday evening and not all customers were understanding and patient. Great job guys!
