Terrible experience the last two times my significant other and I have visited this location. We love Wendy's spicy nuggets so have eagerly been awaiting the reopening. The staff is loud, and argumentative. I asked the cashier in the front of the store for a 4 for 5 biggie bag and she argued with me about the name of the food item. She was wearing like 5 or 6 facial piercings and kept complaining about another staff member being on break and how she had a stomach virus and had to go to CVS while I was ordering my food. Not exactly the topic I want to hear while ordering food.
Don’t go here. They’re drive thru line is always slow bc they never have anything. One time I went there and not only did they not have what I wanted, but I ended up ordering a lemonade instead and when I got it it had an entire fly at the bottom of the cup. A literal BIG AS* FLY. I gave it back and got my money back and but still wasted like 30 minutes of my time in their drive thru. Dirty place.
Come on now Wendy's... update this location, had me all hype for a breakfast sandwich and you're close for renovation.
This is a brand new remodeled restaurant fast food that once you first open your post to get everything right this store don’t have everything right when you ask for certain type of burger with no type of condiments on it they still give me the condiments on it even though it is on your receipt and they won’t answer the phone or give you a refund or a new sandwich
Employees were very friendly, but I'm not happy with spending 20 minutes to get 5 cars serviced in the drive-thru. I probably won't be returning anytime soon.Food: 3/5
Definitely wouldn't get food after 9ish 10pm... not fresh, wait time are over 30 mins and staff seems careless. Wendys is typically good, just depends on the time you go I suppose.
The cashier was somewhat helpful, but whoever the manager was when I went 06/22/22 @2:10pm was less than accommodating to the needs of the customer. I can understand that there were no straws available, but the tone and condescending demeanor of that individual was unnecessary and quite disappointing. I will never go to that Wendy's location again.

I went I didn’t receive everything I ordered I was giving a dressing for my salad of their choice not knowing if any allergies was present they always out of things your order is always wrong they don’t tell you when things is out of stock u find out when u paying and not getting a part of your order I spent over $35 to get home and my order is incorrect something from every meal is incorrect or missing and not to mention the fries was cold and taste like they been sitting out for awhile they wasn’t close to fresh
Burger and fries are not good in this location. Burgers barely warm and fries tasted like rotten potatoes. Just ate here now November 20, 2021 12am.
