It's the little things that can make your visit good or bad. I went through the drive-thru and ordered some Doritos Locos Tacos along with mild and hot sauces. No receipt, no sauces, and tacos that were only 75% full see photo . Yeah, I probably should have checked my order, but then again, maybe they should get it right the first time.
My go to spot for late night bites. Always delicious! I miss the mini shredded chicken quesadilla though :

have been going to this location for years. HOWEVER, this new manager said they can only do 2 mobile orders per car when they are strictly drive thru most of the time. he was so rude. yelled at us and we were so patient. we even asked for sauce cuz there was none in our bags and he said it was in the bag. it wasn't. he seemed like the manager but this was the first tike i saw him working and he is so mean and should take a another customer service class.
Was there through drive through last Friday. You have a shady window guy in drive through emo likes to steal people's bank info and purchase food for themselves. Never will I use my card their again. Try to call and nobody ever answers. So I'm forced to put it here.
I can’t believe I wasted my calories on this mess they gave me! I ordered two chicken chipotle melts and one spicy potato taco…..they gave me the chicken chipotle “melts” cold!!!!!! With the cheese not melted at all!!!!! The spicy potato taco they gave me hot causing all the lettuce they added to become a rubbery disgusting texture!!!!!!!!! Is this some joke?? EDIT: 12/7/22 The tortilla they are using tastes old/expired!!!! Very stale and gross taste that could not be hidden by the beefy 5 layer burrito
Love the new update to Taco Bell. Its Rustic / Industrial look is very warm and inviting. I haven't been to Taco Bell in a long time. The staff was really nice and efficient. And our food was yummy as always.
So incredibly disappointing, order was wrong such as getting plain tacos but paying for taco supremes. No receipt either so you can’t check your receipt. Some people say it’s Taco Bell so expect your order to be wrong 50% of the time, that’s bs, raise your standards Taco Bell.
This place is pretty good. They get my orders right and they're fast. Only thing I can complain about is that they don't give me enough hot sauce in drive thru. Haha but I just ask for a handful each time.Food: 5/5
Stopped by the drive-thru for breakfast today about 1015. The car in front of me was at the intercom for over 15 minutes with no sign of being able to place and order. Since my car was trapped, my husband walked into the store, made an order, and was out in 5 minutes. The car ahead of me finally gave up without placing an order so I was able to get out of line. We ordered 2 breakfast crunchwraps: one was missing the hash browns and the other was cold in the middle. Super disappointing experience, waste of time and money.
