This place is disgusting! I came into use the bathroom and maybe get a Coke. No way in hell would I buy anything here! The bathroom is disgusting. I looked where the employees were working and it is a health hazard! Eat at your own risk at this spot! You can tell the owners are just cashing in and not keeping the place up to code. The city of Hopkins needs to act now!! This place is like a gross truck stop!! Nasty!!
I finally got to go with my Mom, I moved away, and back..cravings Loved the meal deal 4, with fries and a drink. Like $ 7.99 or $ 1.11 with cheese. I want a crave case for home lol. Great for a movie or party night. Sliders. Food: 5/5
Saturday, February 4, 2023 been sitting in the drive-through line for over 10 minutes and nobody has moved. Finally just left. I am updating this review as I came here again on March 3. There is something seriously wrong going on at the store. I was literally the only person in line this time and my order took over 10 minutes. I wonder if anyone from the store ever reads these reviews.
The lady working the window on 4/10/23 very unprofessional and rude. You would think, with a 15 minute drive thru wait time. You would get fresh burgers. Think again, dry old and nasty. White Castle is not what it used to be. Buns not cooked with meat nor steamed. Meat so old, it falls apart!!! I wouldn’t feed this to the homeless!!!!
The staff here do an amazing job with the high volume of customers they have. There are only 2-3 staff at times and I don’t know that the company appreciates how efficiently they work. FYI- if there is a long drive though wait, it is quicker to park and go inside.
Food was hot and fresh. Employee was really rude about giving me one sauce for my food. Dinning room was pretty dirty, The lobby needs a good deep cleaning. I couldn't find a clean table that day either.Food: 5/5
This place is a complete joke! I ordered online and came in and still stood in line for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There was no shelf for picking up online orders, you just have to stand in line and wait even though you've already paid. Completely unacceptable. Saw multiple customers walk out because it was taking so long.
I have no idea how white castle still exists. The good is just bad. Flavorless beef patties that are very expensive for what you get. Every single slider had a soggy bottom bun. Pair this with a hard to get to location and staff shortages and this was just unpleasant on basically every level.Food: 1/5
Bought dinner for the team so it was a large order. Didn’t mind having to wait for the food but the area you have to wait in had a bunch of snow & some ice. Got a little worried about one of the workers maybe slipping. Definitely not the employees worry but maybe management should work on cleaning it a bit.
The atmosphere is what it is but this fast food restaurant will always be my staple. Great food and their breakfast is really good.Food: 5/5
