Love Jersey Mikes but the service at this location is TERRIBLE. I waited 30 extra minutes for my sub from when it said it would be ready online. The workers were so slow as they made the sub, skimped on toppings and generally didn’t seem to care that I had been waiting very long. At least offer me a free drink or dessert? We will NOT be returning to this location.
I love the sanwiches!! The location is great with wonderful customer service along with the large variety of sandwiches to choose from. They have really enhanced the social distancing and requiring face masks. Knollwood area is awesome. I shop there all the time
I was there on New Year's Eve trying to catch stores and restaurants before they close for the holidays they literally served me excellently listening to my order with great detail as it was my first time being at any Jersey Mike's in a long time excellent service sorry for being one of the last customers to show up before you guys got out of there for your holidays but I appreciate the excellent service even though it was last minute it still was courteous and prompt funny or still is before I left and after I finished my order I had to use the bathroom some lady chose to go in the bathroom and spend a extremely high and abnormally normal time in the bathroom couldn't use the bathroom so I left
Came in for a quick lunch and choose the #2 .I was the only person there, the employees greeted me and were super nice. Service was exceptional, store was clean only complaint would be the bread was kind of tough.
55 minute wait for my sandwich, with only one person ahead of me in line when I arrived...wait, what? I arrived seeing only one other person and estimated a prompt meal for myself, and my order was taken within a few minutes. However, the staff were busy doing other things 3 of them were working: 1 working on cold subs. 1 working on hot subs. 1 fumbling through continuous receipts that were being printed. I imagine these are sandwiches for online/outside orders. That person was also observed touching his face and glasses and hair with his gloves...and then going on to touch sandwiches without changing his gloves or washing hands... I had no clue my order would apparently be put at the bottom of this endless list — or so it seemed — because I checked in after a half hour to make sure mine was coming, and they confirmed that it was. Management: PLEASE consider prioritizing in-person orders in the queue, as it was disheartening to watch them so busily working and occasionally making eye contact with me yet having no care for me waiting...while fulfilling orders for others that weren’t in sight. It didn’t help that I was waiting with my crying 11 month old baby along with me. Of course I would not have ordered had I known she and I would be waiting for so long! I hope someone sees this and knows not to stop by if they are looking for a quick meal.
Sandwiches tasted pretty good, but there were multiple problems with our order. - My sandwich had the wrong bread. - Both sandwiches were missing all customizations. - Both sandwiches were so soaked with oil the bottom bread was falling apart. Might try it again at some point, but I'm not excited at the thought...
Wish I could say something positive here, but every time I order from this location my sandwich is absolutely sopping wet with oil. Without fail my bread feels like a soaking wet dish sponge. Edit: I appreciate the non-copypasted response! Changing my rating for that alone. I do enjoy some oil on my sandwich, maybe an option for "light" oil could be added to delivery options to accommodate this. I'll try again next time I'm thinking of subs for lunch.
Place was slammed for a Sunday afternoon. They were making as fast as they could. Tasted great.Food: 5/5
Great food and service here at the Hopkins Mn location . Kevin and Tony hooked it up! We got a Club Supreme Mikes way and a Chicken Philly Cheese Steak...SO FRIKKIN GOOD I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
They surprised me with how much meat but still had pretty decent flavor. Along with how well out together it was in total. I had the large Philly cheese steak. I will be back to try other sandwiches.
