T-Mobile

Great staff and great store. I don't know why there's so many negative reviews. It must be from people who are mad at T-Mobile as a company, and not the store itself. It's an all-around great store with very helpful staff.

The manager is such an d*ck. He is beyond rude and they promise you free stuff ... but actually it gets added on your monthly bill and you're stuck with it. When you tell them that you were told it was literally free, they deny it and call you a liar. DONT GO HERE. It's the worst place... better off at the other t mobile. Disrespectful staff and the manager especially should be fired.

Came in here to ask for the location of a store in the mall and they very disrespectfully just yelled at me that they didn't know where it was even though they work there. I was actually going to inquire about switching my phone plan over to them while I was in there but I guess I'll just stick with AT&T!

Best T-mobile store I've been to I'll be doing all of my business at this location thanks again looking forward to visiting again very very soon for the Tab S3

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience today was just horrible. The manager was rude and the staff did not have any customer service (especially the manager) whatsoever. Never coming back to this location ever again.
